PapaFood currently accepts delivery in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City.

Each district of Ho Chi Minh City's inner city will have different delivery fees. The delivery fee will be notified to you in advance by PapaFood staff at each delivery address you provide.

  • We have our delivery staff to ensure that food is delivered to your home in the fastest and safest way. For customers in apartments, and office buildings ... Papafood staff will deliver the goods to the front desk, or the designated delivery area.

  • Delivery time: From 6:30 – 12 hours every morning from the 2nd to the 7th of every week (Sunday off). The delivery time may be faster or longer than expected due to weather reasons, traffic jams,… In this case, PapaFood will notify customers specifically as soon as an event causing delivery delay arises.

  • In case the customer changes the delivery address: If the customer changes the address before 13:00 today, then we will apply from tomorrow; If the customer changes the address AFTER 13 hours today, then we will apply from AFTER TOMORROW delivery. Please refer to "Order adjustment notes" on the customer page for more details

  • When receiving a new food set from the delivery staff. Please return the old food set previously received (if any) including thermal bags and glass jars to our delivery staff (except in urgent cases, we have to deliver via other delivery services such as GRAB, AHAMOVE,.... We will notify you in case we use a third-party delivery service).

- PapaFood reserves the right to refuse to accept credit card payments to customers in some cases at PapaFood's discretion.

- To ensure payment security, please note:

  • Only make an online payment at the link window from PapaFood transfer;

  • Use and store cards (credit cards, ATM cards, purchase cards, etc.) and account information/card information carefully;

  • Do not lend or use your membership card to make purchases at PapaFood. As soon as any abnormal transaction is detected at PapaFood, Customers should immediately contact PapaFood's Customer Service for timely processing;

  • In all cases, for international credit/debit cards, please do not disclose your CVV/CVC/CSC number (which is a security code, a set of three digits printed on the back of the card) to keep card information secure;

Pay directly at the place of delivery:

After placing an order, PapaFood delivery staff will inform the customer about the delivery. Please pay in Vietnamese Dong cash (VND) or gift voucher (if any) at the delivery place. The shipper will provide a valid sales invoice after the Customer checks the order. From the 2nd order onwards, Papafood will collect money for the new order on the last day of the current order.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDER ADJUSTMENT, EXCHANGE - RETURN POLICY, ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND

After successfully ordering, when there is a need to change the content of the order such as: changing the date of receiving food, increasing / decreasing the food set,... Please contact hotline: 0939745222 or contact Fanpage for support.

In case you want to cancel your order after confirming your order: The order can be canceled if the following 2 conditions are met: i) You have not paid for this order; ii) and have notified Papafood of cancellation before 1:00 pm of the previous day compared to the first day of receipt of food of the order. If the above 2 conditions are not met, the order will still be delivered as planned.

For example: At 8 am, 19/05/2020, you contact PapaFood and order a 7-set package starting from 20/05/2020 – 26/05/2020. However, then you want to cancel this order. To cancel this order, you need to meet 2 conditions: i) You have not paid for this order; ii) You have notified PapaFood staff before 13:00 on 19/05/2020.

In case the order has been paid but you want to cancel the order: Papafood would like to allow no refund (including food + Delivery Fee) in this case. We will reserve your order for you: i) You can notify PapaFood to deliver food to you when needed; ii) Or you can give this order to friends and acquaintances (The new delivery address must be in the area where PapaFood is receiving delivery). The retention period of your order is up to 01 years from the date you stop using Papafood's services.
